if I am posting this in the wrong channel. Please advise if I have and I will immediately remove this post ***I am due to apply for my ILR around mid-Aug. I am also expecting my 2nd child around the same time in the last week of Aug / 1st week of Sept. The doctors can only suggest an expected due date but since the exact due date of the baby cannot be predicted, here are my doubts:
1. How does my situation affect my ILR/biometric appointment steps? Let's say if I have scheduled the biometric appointment for a particular date, and if I deliver my baby on or around that date, I will be unable to leave the baby and hospital for the ILR appointment.
2. Am I able to postpone my ILR appointment dates after I have scheduled it?
3. How much of a delay can I have between fee payment and biometrics appointment date? I cannot push the biometric date a lot since my Tier 2 dependent husband BRP (his timer got reset due to visa status change) expires by Sept 2022
and he needs to put in his Tier 2 dependent extension application on the back of my ILR application.4. Am I able to excuse myself from a in-person appointment due to my pregnancy?
One more related question:
5. Assuming the baby will be born after the ILR application (payment date), will I need to apply for its ILR dependent status or will it be a UK passport for the baby?
