ILR and related issues.

Post by iwemi » Sat Aug 15, 2009 12:11 am

My question is supposing a third person reported a marraige to be a sham marriage, what will the home office do?

1, Will the affected person be contacted
2, can that delay apllication for ILR
3, Will there be a home visit.

Ill love to hear people's view on this. :?:

Deported only if it was proven to be a sham marriage.

As they said 'reported by a 3rd party' I erred on the cautious side...depending on the 'reliability' of the 3rd person's evidence.
