ILR - WP and Salary not Paid in UK (for 2 months initially)

ILR - WP and Salary not Paid in UK (for 2 months initially)

I got the Work Permit on Dec 2006 . First two months salary the Company paid part in Indian Currecy and remaining in GBP (kind of allowance). So i dont have any payslip and i presume no tax might be paid for that period.

Will this should be an issue. I would like to go to ILR on Dec 2011.
