my ILR application - baby Born in UK + Wife in UK 1.5 Year

Hi,

I have been in the uk on

Work Permit 1.5Y, HSMP 2Y, HSMP Tier1 1.5Y
My wife joined me a year and a half ago as a Tier 1 Dependent
My son was born in the UK 10 months ago

I have not applied for a passport for my son as we do not need to travel, I was thinking of making an application for British passport once I get the ILR

Question is:
Should I apply for myself only or should I include my son and wife in the application as dependents?

Once you are granted ILR you may register your born-in-the UK child as British citizen (form MN1) under section 1(3). Once registered as British citizen, you may the apply for a British passport for your child.

Your wife must complete 2 years in the UK to qualify for settlement, therefore you cannot add her as a dependent in your settlement application until you apply only after she qualifies for settlement.
