ILR Application Date

Hi,

Thanks for this useful thread on the earliest ILR application.
I am applying for ILR in a couple of months - the earliest date 28 days before the earliest visa approval (my BRP card was issued on 9th August 2018) and would like to pay the priority services. I wonder if the Biometric appointment date has any restriction in relation to 5 years after my first entry of the UK (a stamp of my passport was put 29 August 2018) ? or I can apply for a Biometric appointment anytime after my ILR application online as long as there is availability?

Any advice/clarification will be much appreciated.

You get to book your appointment within 45 days of online application submission. Your application could be rejected as invalid if you fail to do so in that timeframe
