ILR Application for a Dependent

Hi there,

I am on a TIER2 General dependant Visa, and I am applying for ILR in Decemeber 2024 as my visa is expiring and I needed some guidance.

My spouse is on ILR for last 7 years (since 2018) and I am eligible to apply for ILR in (2022) but I have not applied as I have TIER2 dependant Visa till December 2024. My spouse was on TIER2 General and she then applied for ILR in that route.

Few the questions I have are

1. Is this the correct link to use for the application? If not could you please point me in the right direction.

2. When I use the above link, there are some details that I am not sure such as,
a) VAF or GWF number of my Spouse (which I don't have or where can I find)
b) Employers Sponsor licence number (I have tried giving my spouses' last CoS and Employers but no avail)
3. Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain - is this correct?
I gave - Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant

I have follow up questions if you don't mind.

2. No need to enter any of those
3. Correct
