ILR application for dependent

Hi All,

I have got to apply for a ILR for my wife(she has completed 5 years as tier 1 general visa dependent) but have got few questions which might have been answered or raised several times earlier, please can someone help me with the below questions-

1. I presume it is the Set O form for ILR dependent application- please can some one confirm
2. Can the application for ILR still be posted as i see there is only a online form, pls can some one confirm
3. What are the supporting documents required (i acquired british citizenship a year ago through the tier-1 general route)?
