ILR application for domestic worker in private household

I have been frequent visitor to this forum, thanks to all who share their experience and advice. I would be grateful, if some one who went through the ILR successfully under domestic worker in pvt household advice me regarding documents needed. I have completed LTR in UK for 5 years on above catagory and plan to apply ILR. I am planning to send following my docs:
PP, Biometrics card, 2 pp Photo, 3 bank statements with SET(O) form
Please advice me what docs from employer are needed

The documents you should provide to support your settlement application wrote:Evidence of employment

You should provide recent documents from your employer confirming that you are still needed and that your employment within them is continuing.

Many thanks for every one who shared their views. I am due to apply for ILR under domestic worker in private household catgory. Please, any one has any format for employer's supporting letter template/format to support my ILR application under the above catagory.
