ILR Application Issue Urgent

Post by tehmer » Tue Dec 06, 2011 2:24 pm

Hi,

I have few things related to my ILR application but I dont know whether to mention them or not,

1:- I received a Magistrate Court letter stating a fine on train journey with out ticket and court charged me a announced a fine on it but though I haven't gone to the court. I already paid the fine but it was a letter from the Magistrate court.

2:- I have also received a court fine letter in terms of concel Tex issue which apparently, I also was not aware and it turned up on my name and I am paying the fine now but it also announced by the court.

My question is do I need to mention these in my ILR application? is call CCJ's ? and does it effect my ILR application? Please help me regarding this issue.

as long as you have paid them and didn't attend court for it you will be ok. if you are applying for ILR get SAR to be on safe side. You can get one for around 25.
