ILR application- late entry slightly different case

Hi,

I believe this question has been asked several times on this forum. I browsed through some of the FAQs but couldn't find the relevant information that I am looking.
Tier 1 Visa Issued- 01April2009 for 3 years till 01Apr2012

Date of entry in the UK - 17July2009 (i.e. around 106 days late entry post 01Apr2009)

I renewed my VISA in 2012 and got a visa extension for 2 years till 16May2014.

Can I apply for ILR in end of April or beginning May 2014? I haven't been out of this country for more than 180 days in any consecutive 12 month period.

I am thinking of showing the below 5 year period:

30Apr14 to 30Apr13 - Leaves not more than 30 days
29Apr13 to 29Apr12 - Leaves not more than 40 days
28Apr12 to 28Apr11 - Leaves not more than 20 days
27Apr11 to 27Apr10 - Leaves not more than 45 days
26Apr10 to 26Apr09 - This includes my entry clearance period. I have taken only 7 days of leave during this interval and rest is due to late entry in the UK.

Can I apply for ILR or do I have to get my VISA renewed again for a year this time?

Please help. I thought my query is different than others as I got 45 days more during my 1st VISA extension i.e. I should have got the visa till 01Apr14, but got it till 16May2014.
