Ilr application - living arrangements

Post by Asim50 » Wed Mar 20, 2024 7:32 am

I am the sponsor of my wife’s ILR application:

She first entered uk on 25/03/2019 she would have completed the 5 years on the 25/03/2024.

We submitted the application yesterday on the 19/03/2024

She wrote time lived in the uk as 4 years and 11 months, is this okay?

Also about the living arrangements, we currently live with my father rent free, he has provided a document saying we can live with him rent free. Having read the application once submitted she has unfortunately clicked no to the question ‘do you currently live with parents, family or friends rent free?’ Her rationale was that she lives rent free with her father in law and not ‘parents, family or friends’ is this going to be an issue? Everything else about the application was spot on.
