ILR application: am i missing any document ? please check

Hi,

Please check the documents I am sending, is there any document I am missing:

1. Form SET(O) - version 05/2009 (hsmp JR category)(postal application) (2 photographs each of mine,wife,child) (debit card payment details)
2. current and old passports (my and wife's)
3. birth certificate of newly born child (does not have passport yet)
4. P60's of last 3 years
5. bank statements of last 12 months
6. payslips of last 12 months
7. hsmp approval letter
8. letter from employer showing designation, salary, and job start date
