ILR Application Queries

Post by khwaja » Thu Feb 02, 2012 11:44 am

Hi everyone. First off can i just say that this forum is an invaluable source of information. Apologies if a lot of my queries have already been answered, i haven't been able to find them using the search option.

I have been in the UK now for last 5 years as a Work Permit Holder. Based on the various posts I've seen, I think i have a reasonably good understanding of the paperwork i need to produce. To this end, i have the following questions:

1. I have my original P60s for the first 3 years. For the last 2 years, my company's accountant has sent me duplicate copies although there is a huge "Duplicate" watermark across the document. Also, it has been sent to me electronically. If i printed this will it suffice? Is there anything more i can do about this?

2. My spouse is on a dependent visa but holds a permanent job. Should i include details of her payslips, bank statement, employers letters etc or not? I intend to include them anyway unless someone thinks its not a good idea.

3. I have printed my set (o) form double sided. Has anyone had any problems with this?

4. My spouse and I have a mortgage on our property. In terms of proof of ownership, will my annual mortgage statement from the bank do or should i also produce the title from land registry?

We are planning on going to croydon next Friday. so any assistance in the interim will be appreciated.

Thanks.
