ILR application

we have silently reading this forum while my dad (set m) and brother set(o)application was processed by home office.My mother is british citizen so they were dependant on her.Timeline is as follows:

Applications posted : 12th December 2011
Acknowledgement received : 19th December 2011
Payment taken: 19th December 2011 (by cheque)
only one acknolwedgement was received
ILR Granted : 03rd April 2012
Passport received : 03rd May 2012
