I can see an option to add an applicant to my wife's Set(O) dependent application, but you have mentioned that I need to use Set(F), any reason? My Son is born outside of the UK and has dependent visa.

You said you want to apply and pay for each applicant separately. SET(O) is only used for adults with the option of adding child dependants. A child cannot apply on their own using form SET(O), hence form SET(F) must be used

Yes that's correct. I am fine with 2 payments as well.

I sincerely apologise for dragging this conversation and wasting your time just because I missed to select skilled worker dependent in the Set(O) form.

Then add the child to the same application as your spouse

Sure.
I will be going with priority service for all of us. Any difference in timelines between applying using 1 application for all and applying separately using 2 applications(Mine + Wife/Son).
I am aware that first my application will be approved and then my wife's & son's will be picked. All together I should get decision in 5 days if all docs are fine and no queries by UKVI?

It depends on the service chosen. Priority or standard.

Hi Zimba,
My wife has filled SET(O) dependent application.
As per you suggestion she has selected option "b" for below question.

Proof of your degree
What will you use to prove your degree taught in English?
a. Degree certificate
b. Official transcript or letter

My wife has studied graduation in India in English medium and has obtained "Visas and Nationality Statement" from ECCTIS, how ever the list of documents to be uploaded are below

1. The official transcript or letter for Mrs xxxxx to prove the level of English language required.
2. Ecctis letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched.

I understand the second document above is "Visas and Nationality Statement", can you please let me know what evidence I need upload for first document above?

The document list is just for your information. You need to follow the rules and official guide.

You need 3 pieces of evidence: The degree, AQUAL and ELPS.

If she has the degree certificate, then there is no need to send transcripts:

Non-majority English-speaking countries
If the applicant has a degree that was taught or researched in a non-majority English-speaking country they must provide:

•their degree certificate
•an Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUAL) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) confirming the qualification is equivalent to a UK qualification
•an English language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC), which will confirm that the degree was taught in English

Evidence of degree
The applicant must provide evidence of their degree by providing an original degree certificate. If the applicant is awaiting graduation, or no longer has the certificate and cannot get a new one, they must provide an original:

•academic reference from the academic institution on official letter headed paper - the reference must show:

-the applicant’s name
-the title of award
-that the qualification was taught in English
-when the academic qualification has been, or will be awarded
-the date the certificate will be issued (if the applicant has not yet graduated) confirms the institution is unable to re-issue the original certificate of award

•academic transcript on official letter headed paper - the transcript must show:

-the applicant’s name
-the name of the academic institution
-the course title
-that the qualification was taught in English
-confirmation of the award

Should we include "layover" countries as well for below question? I have travelled to India with Dubai as layover.

Which countries did you visit or travel through India when absent from the UK and Crown Dependencies?
