The 28-day concession is not about which date to apply for ILR. It is about the earliest date you can be granted ILR, meaning you can be granted ILR from 28 days of completing your 10 years or any time later. The suggestion is to book your appointment within 28 days of completing your ILR when applying using the priority serviceSghosh79 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2024 11:20 amI am completing 10 years in UK in Feb 2025, and due to apply for my ILR. I understand that the ILR application can be made up to 28 days before the date of completion of 10 years. However, to clarify is this 28 days for in-service appointment or the day all the fees are paid ? Meaning can I apply for an appointment in december itself (if available)?
