ILR application timing

Hi guys,

quick question...

child dependant with 2 year visa.

uk entry April 11th 2012
visa expires June 2014

when is the earliest date can apply for settlement?
is it 28 days before she has been here 2 years (i.e.e march) or 28 days before the expiry of her visa (i,e, May)
