ILR application With Home Office and Police Arrest

My ILR application (10 years residance) is with home office for last 3 months. I got arrested by police with pending investigation, no charges yet.

can you please advise if i need to advise HO about this arrest. what will be likly outcome. i am devestated..

If you are convicted of a recordable offence, then your ILR will be refused. ILR application is held until the police investigation or any potential court hearing is over
