ilr applications parents application refused

i came in uk on 31 jan 2002.
i continuously renewed my visa til 27 september 2011 when my last leave to remain expired.
Before it expired i made an ilr application on 26 september 2011. That application was refused on 19 December 2011 the grounds that i had some gaps and that applied too early- but with right of appeal.
at the hearing, the judge was satisfied there was no gaps but refused my appeal because i applied few month before the 10years and the judge also said when the home office made a decision on my case on 19/12/2011, i was still over 6 weeks short of the 10 years. But by the hearing day (10/02/2012) i had already clocked the 10 years.
i appealed the judge decision, and gave the money to my solicitor to lodge the appeal at upper tribunal. he didn't make the appeal.
when i realised it, I changed solicitor. The new solicitor made a fresh ILR application. that one was also refused (november 2014) with no right of appeal because i had accrued a gap between the refusal of my 1st ILR application and 2nd ILR application.
my wife and i have two children born in uk. When our 1st child reached 7 years, we made 2 separate FLR(P) application in october 2015.
My mine got refused with right of appeal (to be held at a future date) and home ask me to appeal on human right ground and my wife's application got rejected as invalid (because she didnt receive her biometry letter so she didnt do it) and all fees refunded.
she made a refresh FLR(P) application before i received my refusal letter.

please me some ideas on my appeal
