Hello Guys,

My mate has got her ILR..her marriage seem to be in rocks. If she divorces now, will she be able to apply for her citizenship towards the end of the next year?

Pls advise

Insufficent information. How long has she been in the UK? Is she currently married to a British Citizen?

she can apply for citizenship if she has been in UK for 3 years and has ILR and is married to a british citizen. if she divorces before completing 3 yrs then she will have to apply after she has been in uk for 5 yrs
