ILR Clarification please

ILR clarification

Hi all, my husband arrived in the UK on 10th October 2020. He's on the 5 year spousal visa route. We're planning to submit his visa application for ILR this weekend.

Questions -

1) He gets paid weekly, every Friday. His work printed the last six months of pay slips, which he can also download directly from the app. However, they printed this 2 weeks ago, so his payment for the end of September 26th wasn't included. We'll be downloading his final pay slip. Would this be OK? Or is it better to just ask HR for the final pay slip on Monday for continuity purposes?

2) We'll be using pay slips from April 2025 to September 2025. 6 months of pay to prove we meet the financial requirement. This includes bank statements which we'll go get printed directly from the bank.

3) The final pay slip, the final bank statement and the employment letter will all be dated within 28 days' of applying. Does that sound OK?

4) Our son was born last year, registered in the UK of course and British and I’ve pretty much filled out the application and I’ve ticked where it says do you have any children together; but hasn’t asked for any proof of this. Is that normal? Or should I upload our son’s passport just to be safe?

5) Lastly, his work letter does not include 'gross annual salary', however, it does state, "He is employed on an hourly rate of £xx.xx with an hourly attendance bonus of £x.xx and works on average of 42 hours per week with overtime available as and when required." It also states he is on a full-time permanent contract. Would this be fine?

Many thanks and appreciation for any input.

Applying with what you got should be all fine. They do not need anything else about the child. The letter should be good to use
