ILR....28 Days rule..validity..please members reply

Timelines

Initial tier1 applied in India on 31/Dec/2009
Initial tier1 valid from 01/feb/2010 to 01/feb/2013
Came to UK (entry stamp at UK airport immigration) : 25/feb/2010 ( i.e. came to UK after 25 days)
Initial tier1 visa valid until : 01/feb/2013
Visa extension applied on 24/01/2013 at Croydon PEO
Visa valid from 01/feb/2013 to 01/feb/2015

Now my question is on the ukba website it says to apply for ILR, Don’t apply before 28 days.

Now can I apply for my ILR at any PEO office on jan 6th 2015. ( 28 days before) even though I came to UK after 25 days of first initial tier1 visa stamping

You can apply for ILR on or after Saturday, 3 January 2015

* 90 day concession (page22): The entry clearance stamp date is counted as the date of the start of the 5 year lawful residence not the Entry date in the UK itself, under the condition that the Tier 1 G migrant enter within 90 days of the EC.

** 28 days - Please do not send us your application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply. If you do, we may refuse your application with no refund of the application fee (if a fee is charged for your application type). However, you must make your application before your current permission to stay in the UK expires.

Entered UK: 01/06/09
Tier 1 (G) valid till: 30/05/14
ILR Croydon PEO: 04/04/14

so even though I came 25 days late after visa stamping in india..I don't have to apply for extension...

so I still qualify to apply on or after 3 jan 2015 for ILR

anybody else please reply
