ILR dependant using COVID concession SW21.2

Hi all

My name is Marinus.

I have recently gained ILR by 5yr tie2/SW route Set O with COVID concession rules. I wanted to ask can I apply for my dependant partner through the same rules.

Tier 5 dependant to Tier2/SW dependant application 15th May 2021 granted 1st July 2021

The rules do not apply to the dependants however many have applied and got ILR alongside the partners
