ILR dependant visa renewal required?

Hi,

I obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) through the 10-year route in September 2022. My wife transitioned from her Tier 2 main applicant status to ILR dependant status in October 2022 and received an ILR dependant visa.

I am uncertain about the expiration date of her ILR dependant status. The eVisa states that her visa expires on 31st March 2025. I believed that her ILR dependant status would grant her 5 years of leave before settlement.

Is there a actual expiry date on ILR dependant? So maybe I need to renew or

E-visa expiry is not relevant?

It seems you are unaware that she switched to the family route after you got ILR. That means she got a standard 2.5 year family visa which then has to be extended for another 2.5 years using form FLR(M). Then she can settle using form SET(M) within 28 days for her 5 years. Her current expiry date seems to be correct
