ILR Dependent Issue

Hi,
I've a question hope this forum will guide me with the proper information. I'm on Tier 1 General that expires on 1st June 2016 . I'm applying for ILR along with my wife and my wife application for Tier 1 General dependent has been approved on 12 th July 2012 but she applied 24th June 2012.

Question is : Whether she falls in 5 yrs rule or 2 yrs rule..

Your partner may qualify if all of the following apply:

they have permission to be in the UK as your partner
they’ve been living in the UK with you for at least 2 years if they applied before 9 July 2012 or 5 years if they applied on or after 9 July 2012
your relationship is genuine
you intend to carry on living together
you’re not using public funds
