ilr_dependent_visa_category

- I and my wife has HSMP TIER 1 VISA Till april 19 2016
- she is in india at this point of time. her visa will expire on 19 april 2016. she was in uk from 2013-2015
- i had my daughter born in uk, have birth certificate in uk and indian passport issued in london
- i had got my ILR in march 2015 , i have applied british citizenship in april2016
- my son was born in india in december 2015
- i want to bring my wife and 2 kids to uk as soon as i can.
- i do 2 jobs and combined gross earning is 26,000.

i would be greatful if you could help me on these questions
1) what visa she has to apply? ( i presume - https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/apply)
2) shall i get her to apply after i get British citizenship or when i am on ilr (i presume it doesnt make difference)
3) documentation checklist
evidence of relation -
child birth certificate, marriage certificate, joint bank account
evidence of accommadation -
tenancy agreement, council bill
evidence of employment-
3 months payslips, 3 month bank statements

please help me with above am i in right direction , if there is anything i should do to make it easier
