ILR dependent (wife) :: Documents needed & procedure

Hi,

Please help me with the list of documents that will be needed for processing my wife's UK Visa from Chennai, India.

I have got my UK ILR this Jan'2014 after being in UK for 5 years under Tier-2 (ICT) Work Permit category. I am in a permanent job paying £45K per annum.
My marriage was registered by April 2012 in Chennai.
She did her masters degree in Chennai for 1 year (2012-2013) and now I am planning to bring her to UK by May'2014.

What are the documents that I need to prepare? Do I need to maintain any funds in UK bank account?
Any risks I should be aware of. Please help.
