ILR Documents- Query

Post by coolwp » Fri Jan 08, 2010 3:31 pm

Hi guys

I know there are lots of threads regarding my query but instead of hijacking a thread, i am starting a new.
I came to UK in Jan 2005 through an Indian company on work permit. I joined another company that sponsored my wp in March 2009 and I got my Tier 1 in November 2009. My ILR is due this year. (WPA+WPb+Tier1)
My query about the documents is- Do I need to submit original relieving letter from my previous employers?
I have relieving letter from my first employer (WPa) but it is from the Indian company and not its UK subsidiary. Do I need any document from the UK subsidiary? I am worried because I have UK salary (salary slips, p60, p45 etc) from the UK subsidiary but relieving letter from Indian company.
Do I need to submit all salary slips in original for past 5 years? The guideline says last three months but I have read in this forum that you should have all the five year P45/P60.
Thanks for reading and waiting for your valuable advice!

i think with p60s, 2 wps, tier 1 details and recent bank statements/pay slips you application would be staightforward. relieving letter is not essential and not an issue.
