ILR Documents required

Hello I cannot seem to find Home office guidance notes on required documents for ILR and dependent (wife)
I beleive you need payslips and statmnets for 1 year and address proof from 6 sources?


Please assist and with your expiriences and if you could provide a link
I am on hsmp extending to Tier 1
