ILR documents (Work permit 4 years and then Tier 1 Genal )

Post by abbi1680 » Tue Mar 08, 2011 1:44 pm

Hi,
Please find all the docs I collected so far for ILR process.

1. Original Passports (Expired and renewed)
2. Dependants Original Passport(spouse).
3. Recent 2 Photographs of each applicant
4. Last 5 years P60's (from the date you have got your HSMP Stamped) - Got all P60s (last P60 is on plain paper as it is issued by my accountant after income tax is paid) and soft copy of P45 from my old Employer.
I worked as a perm employee for last 4 years. So I should have just 1 P45.
5. I have a limited company - Limited Company launched on Dec -09-2009, Finalcial year is started from Dec -09-2009 to Dec -09-2010
So corporation tax returns are not filed yet, The due date is 9 months and one day after the company's "normal due date", which is Dec -09-2010.

6. In and Out dates from UK -(161 days out during 5 years)
7. Recent 1 Year banks statements (Both Business and Personal Bank Statements) - Recent 1 year statements are ready
8. Recent 1 Year payslips. As a director, I have taken salary on a different dates of 540 a month. Pay slips are issued correctly. On Bank statements. they are shown in different dates.

9. My HSMP Aproval Letter is Ready
10. Work Permit Issue copy is ready.
11. Marriage Certificate is Ready.
12. NI Card.
My Accountant is going to prepare a letter that wll have the total earning and th e amount I paid with a break down of everything that covers the dividend vouchers.

I am a bit panic and going through a solicator.

Please advise if any docs are required besides these

Can anyone send me the covering letter if you have them.

Thanks
Seshi

Thanks for replying me.
it does not mean that we trust or not. Solicitor is also a human. It is good for us to go through the docs after filled up and verify them.

It is worth reminding them if somethings are missed.

He is a licenced one I am going with.

My p60 that is issued by my accountant is printed off on a plain paper.
Would it be ok ?

Thanks
Seshi
