HI , My Partner applied to become my dependent in Feb 2020 , she was already in UK on her ICT visa then . Her biometric appointment was in March but due to Covid all centres were closed . We received a letter in April 2020 from Home office saying usual service standard not being met and all visa extended under immigration act 1971 . Finally we got an appointment in July 2020 and BRP issued immediately as Tier 2 dependent. Now I am wondering when can I apply for ILR , as my application was delayed due to longer service response time .
Dates Filed for becoming Tier 2 dependent in UK - Feb 2020
Biometric appointment : March 2020
Letter from Home office : April 2020
Final appointment July 2020
Visa issued July 2020 .
I am settled .Question is for my partner ILR application .
