ILR eligibility for Tier 2 Established staff

Hi

I came to UK in mid-April 2011 under Tier 2 ICT Established staff category. Please could you advise if I am eligible for an ILR? My visa processed before 6th April 2011 and my date of arrival in the UK is 16th April 2011

unfortunately not on the T2 5 year track because you didn't have T2 ICT leave before 6 April 2010.
