ILR eligibility SW 5 Year route covid

Hi,

Can you please give suggestion to submit my ILR application date based on the below my details.

I was initially working on ICT Tier 2 visa from July 2018 to May 2021, then switched from ICT to PBS Skilled worker visa as follows and applied in the UK while working on ICT continuously.

PBS skilled worker VISA first application and granted dates as follows.

1. 13th Apr 2021 , Application submission and IHS - fee payment date.
2. 10th May 2021, Biometric appointment and submission
3. 19th May 2021, Decision approved (granted permission)

can I calculate my eligibility date from the Application submission & IHS fee payemnt date ( as per the COVID concession) for myself and dependent ?

The earliest date of eligibility is within 28 days of completing your 5 years, counting from first visa application (as per covid concession)

The concession only applies to main applicants but many reported that they all have been granted ILR when they applied together.

My COS start date was 1st May 2021, above dates are same still can I apply based on my PBS Skilled worker first application date or COS start date ?

And also could you please clarify on below points.

1.My first Skilled worker VISA application submission is on 13th Apr 2021, but the biometic appointments were not availble at any centre because of queue, so I have booked on 10th May 2021 for Biometric sumission and VISA got approved/granted on 19th May 2021, but my COS start date is 1st May 2021.

Still can use the covid concession ? If Yes then my eligibility for apply as below dates ?

I hope my eligibility for applying the ILR from 13th Apr 2021 to 5 years - 28 days, which is around 16/17th March 2026 as my ILR application date ?

You'll be still eligible for ILR on 13 April 2021 + 5 years - 28 days, as per the Covid concession (application submission and payment).

The date of biometrics appointment or work start date on the CoS are irrelevant.
