ILR eligibility ?

Post by denver2k » Thu Jan 28, 2010 3:39 pm

I would like to get some information regarding ILR application.

I've got my first Work Permit on 20 April 2005. I switched job next year and my new employer sponsored me Work Permit in 2006 (Change of Employment). But that employer got liquidated in Dec 2006 and i switched to HSMP in Jan 2007. Since then I also had a Tier 1 extension last year.

I have approx 2 years Work Permit and (just more than) 3 years of HSMP/Tier1.

I believe that im eligible for ILR 28 days before 20 April 2010(i.e. End of Mrach) as per 5 year (WP or HSMP combination) rule.

Now, im just wondering what set of Document do i need to produce. After reading several posts from other applicants on this forum, i came to conclusion that i only need to prove that i have been on Working visa category for last 5 years (Proof: Visas on Passport). Also, i need to prove my Economic activity (Proof: Last 3 months Payslips, bank statements and Employer letter).

I' d just like to know is there anything else, which i need to provide. By the way, im single and looking to apply in person.

Thanks.

Reading this post and also this one will help.
Use search to find (numerous) similar posts that provide details / list of documents needed for an ILR application.
