ILR eligibility

Hello

Can someone tell me if I am eligible to apply for ILR after completion of 5 yrs stay in UK? Here are the details below:

I initially came to the UK on WP in 2006. I have been working in UK since then under WP/Tier2, however I did go to India for 3 months in between.

Can you please let me know if I am eligible to apply for ILR in year 2011?

Yes. It is ILR and not PR, if you are non-EEA citizen.
