ILR eligible period query

Hi

I came to UK 2019 on ICT through company-X and changed to skill worker visa route through company Y.

The stamping of skill worker visa happened with company Y on Dec 2021 for 5 years however I started working with the company from 1st of March 2022 with having visa until 2027 March and the same mentioned in CoS under work dates. I am working with company X serving notice period of 3 months from Dec 2021 to Feb2022.

So, in my case when will I be eligible for ILR? will that be 2026 November considering my visa stamping date Dec 2021 or it will be Feb 2027 due to my start date with the sponsored company Y from March 2022.

Can you please help?

Your work start date or COS is irrelevant. All it matters is the period you held valid visa. You should count your qualifying period from the first visa issue date

The skilled worker visa accepted on 28th December 2021. Even though I started my work from 1st March 2022 and working under ICT visa from Dec 2021 to March 2022, I would be eligible to apply for ILR 28 days prior to visa stamp date that will be 30 Nov/ Dec 1 2026.

If you were granted a visa in 2021, then you were not under ICT visa from Dec 2021 to March 2022
