I have some questions regarding to the employee start date and signing documents. I have read some posts which are similar to mine but not answer my puzzle completely.
1. I have maintained two jobs from my extension, so both jobs been created and staffs started working in 2015 with no break. So for the start date, should I put the date in 2015 or the date when my extension visa been granted? Start date will be job start date i.e 2015
2. Does the recent policy still require employee start date to be showed on FPS? If yes, should I submit the FPS in 2015 to show the start date as I didn't change employees and recent FPS won't have this information. Not required
3. Does the recent policy still require director's signature on certain documents? Eg. FPS, payslip, employees' passport photocopies, CT600? I remembered there were quite strict rules of signatures when I applied extension visa. There was no such policy even previously. Just sign the CT600 at the end where declartion is
4. One more thing is, do we still need to hand in passport sized photos? Not required
Thank you very much for answering all these questions!
Dear tier11417, thank you very much for your reply. So I will put the date in both Job creation and employee start date column. I have read some posts which people only put the date when the 12 months qualifying period starts. I feel it's very confusing.tier11417 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:28 pmmiako88 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:23 pmDear members,

What is confusing? The job start date and the employee start date is the date the job was created and the employee was hired. How can you change that? Regardless of it was before extension.miako88 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:52 pmDear tier11417, thank you very much for your reply. Though I agree but I was granted ILR with incorrect start date for employee..tier11417 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 29, 2019 2:38 amNote that job start date and employee start date does not necessarily have to be the same.
For example:
If a “sales assisstant” job was created on 1st Nov 2015 and employee A was hired on 1st Nov 2015 then both the job start date and employee start date will be the same (incase employee A is continuous till your ILR stage and you are claiminh for it post extension)
But lets say, employee A left in 2016 and then you hired employee B in 2017 for the same job. Now technically the job start date will be 2015 but employee start date will be 2017 but I personally find this scenerio confusing since the job was not continuous so rather just use 2017 in this case for both employee start date and job start date (as only employee B will be relevant after extension to claim points)
But incase employee A resigned and same time employee B was hired then the job was continuous and the job start date will be 2015 and employee B start date will be 2017 (even though only claiming for employee B after extension)
Note employee start date is more important to be mentioned correctly.

1) No need to upload part 3 if not relevant to youmiako88 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 4:11 pmHi tier11417,tier11417 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 29, 2019 2:38 amNote that job start date and employee start date does not necessarily have to be the same.

Thank you for your previous answers. I have two more queries. It would be grateful if you could help me.
1. I only need to get Consent Form Part1 and Part 2 signed. Do I need to also upload the blank Part 3?
2. I can't find the category to upload employee information. There is one category “Sponsors/Employment”. But it sounds like for Tier 2 applicants. Which category did you upload the employees' info?
Thanks again for your help.
