ILR Enquiry

Post by ILR_ENQ » Mon Nov 21, 2005 10:54 am

Hi,
I'm here in UK for the past 4 years with continous work permits. I'm completing 4 years by mid Jan 2006. Even though the work permits are continous, I was away from UK for about 9 months in 2003.

I believe I'm eligible to apply for ILR. But can i get ILR with out any issues?

Do I need to submit any document to substanstiate my absence during the year 2003?

Do the home office know that I'm away for more than 3 months?

Would it be better for me to go to any PEO other than croydon to have a relaxed environment?

Your response is much appreciated.

This subject has come up before. Have a look at :-

Topic : ILR guidance

-: which contains the detailed guidance that IND issue to its own staff on the subject.

To avoid duplication I shall now lock this topic.
