ILR or extension?

Post by ramay » Mon Nov 14, 2011 12:02 am

Hi everyone!
Just need some advise...please

My visa expire in october 2012 but in march I can apply for ILR as I came to Uk in april 2007..
I have about 8 months absence from Uk, one single trip for 5 months (was sent by company for some courses for training)
Is any chance to get ILR in march?
If they are refuse can I appeal or extend my visa then?

See FAQs for ILR - WP/Tier 1/Tier 2/HSMP holders

If your application is refused when your current leave is valid, you'll not be granted the right to appeal. You may extend your leave when it is due and if you qualify for an extension.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
