ILR Finance Advice

Post by Maria23 » Thu Feb 06, 2025 2:18 pm

Hi everyone. Can i kindly ask for an advice please. So i am applying for ILR and my Partner is British Citizen. He meets financial requirements with just his salary. We both work, but i work part-time, therefore my salary doesn't meet criteria without his salary. Should i still add my side to the application? Because we have mortgage payments etc, and my salary contribute a lot to our every day life. I would not want to add pile unnecessary documents, but would it look strange if we show only his salary, because it asks to show mortgage etc, bills.

My question is if i need still to show my income, if Husband's Annual Income is above financial requirements. But if mine is only 12000 per year would i need to choose
The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount?

Then it asks for 12 months payslips for some reason. Would i need to provide 12 months bank statements too?

Here are options for the answer in terms of earnings.
What do you earn?
The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount

You do not need to tell them about your income. The ILR application is NOT a full disclosure, so only select options about finances you would like to declare rather than thinking they are asking you to declare all
