ILR or FLR (IED)

Post by anuje » Thu Nov 13, 2008 4:44 pm

hi,
My leave to remain is expiring 2 weeks before i finish 5 years under WP.
My emplyoer got extension (further IED) for 5 years.
I will appreciate if someone can advice whether i should 1st apply for FLR (IED) and then go for ILR or go straight for ILR?? ( as one can apply for ILT after 59 months), bypassing FLR IED process.
Any advice or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
kind regards
anu
