ILR for Children above 7-Yr and 5 Year stay in ICT dependent visa.

Hi All,

I have been in UK for last 6 years with ICT visa. My kids ( 7-yr & 9-yr) has lived in UK for six years with no break.
Will I be able to apply for ILR for my kids ( + Me and Wife) as they have completed 5 yr stay in UK? I am asking this query in relation to recent updates form UKVI in Mar-2022.

The recommendation of the Migration Advisory Committee to allow Intra-Company Transfer visa holders (now Senior or Specialist Workers) to settle in the UK has not been followed.
