ILR for dependants over 18th

Post by hasanohh » Fri Jan 14, 2005 1:38 pm

I am applying to ILR after 4 years working in UK under WP and HSMP schemes. The only complication with my case is that my daughter will be 18 y.o just 2 months before a submission date. She has been staying in UK with me all these 4 years period and she a student of a local school.

According to guideline attached to SET(0) form (Section 1) I could not add her to the application because she is not dependent children under the age of 18. What is a solution ?

Thanks,
Hasan

Complete a separate SET (O) form for her, and put the applications together. Also provide a covering letter explaining the sitaution (assuming you are applying by post).

if going to a PEO then you can verbally explainn the situation - either way you will have to provide separate Set (O) forms

Good Luck
Where there is a will there is a way.

Thanks a lot. I am going to apply in person in Croydon. Is it mean that I should pay for each application separately ?
