ILR for Family dependent

Hello Champs !
I was on Tier 1 Ent and got my ILR in accelerated route. Finally got my British Citizenship.
Now I need to apply for ILR for my wife and kids. Which form set do I need to use ?
Please guide me.

You becoming a citizen does not change anything for them with regards to ILR
