ILR For T2-ICT - Extension from workpermit

Dear All,

This is my first post on this blog, please bear with me.

Going through the new rules that come into place since 6th April 2010 & 2011, i am really worried and seek information about my eligibility for ILR when it is due.

I need your expert advise on my eligibility for ILR based on the following type of visas/extensions that i have been working in UK. Still more than an year to go but i want to be rest assured before making any career based decisions.

Please advise ASAP.


Start Date End Date Type of Permit/Visa

1. 31-10-2007 31-10-2008 Work permit

2. 23-10-2008 31-12-2009 Limited Leave to Remain

3. 19-01-2010 12-06-2010 T2SW(ICT) Migrant, LLTR

4. 01-06-2010 29-06-2011 T2 ICT Leave to remain

I couldn't find an appropriate advise using the search option.

Thanks, i have read the ukba website on this topic. But not sure what this statement mean?

You're OK for the ILR if there is no change in the current rules.The above rule is only for new ICT applicants after April2010.
