ILR for over 18 child on a strange route

Hi

I came to the UK as the partner/family 5-year route (British partner) visa. We applied for a child dependent visa (again family route) and my daughter came a year later but she was issued (for some strange reason unknown to us) a 'D - SETTLEMENT ACCOMPANYING MATHER TO JOIN FATHER' visa (vingette). The BRP stated: ' PBS DEPENDENT LEAVE TO ENTER' and her eVisa just says 'Dependent'. She was given 4 years and her stay expires shortly after I am eligible to apply for my ILR. She is now over 18 (but still living at home, single and dependent upon us).

So,
1. can she apply with me for ILR?
2. if not, what do I need to do when her leave expires?
3. and when can she apply for ILR and what form should that be done on?

She applies with you on the same form SET(M). Children do NOT have a 5-year requirement for ILR. She will continue to follow the immigration path of the less privileged parent (you). The fact that she is 18 makes no difference but she needs to pass LIUK and prove her level of English language.

I suspect the text on the BRP was printed in error and it does not matter
