ILR for Tier 2 General

Under Appendix J, it states the following under the criteria of a NURSE:

Band 5 and equivalent: £21,388
Band 6 and equivalent: £25,783

I am able to meet Band 6 requirement as a Nurse. Does this mean I can apply for ILR? Or do I still need £35,000 per annum?
