ILR for Tier 2 ICT oct 2010

Hi,

I have entered UK in October 2010 on tier 2 ICT established staff category. I had gone through 2 extensions*2 years each. My query is regarding ILR eligibility in different scenarios as below:-

1. If I continue with same sponsor for another 2 extensions until Oct 2020, will I be eligible for ILR? Any specific rules for dependants as my family was out of UK for sometime now.

2. If I switch to tier2 general with a different sponsor, will i be legible for ILR from 5 years of Tier2 general start date? Are there any minimum salary requirements?
