ILR for Tier2 ICT

Hi,

I am currently in UK on Tier2 ICT Long Term VISA since Nov 2012.

We have setup a UK registered company and my wife is a Director. She is here on my dependent VISA.

I believe after 5 Years, we have to go back and can reapply again for ICT Tier2 after an year.

I would like to know if there is any possibility of getting a different VISA which allows us to continue running our UK based software company.
