ILR for my wife

ILR for my wife

Hi,

I am trying to apply for my ILR where my initial HSMP application was made before 7th NOv 2006. I've now completed 4yr 11mths stay in UK but my wife's stay in UK is lasting only 18mths and so does not meet 2yr required stay to apply for her ILR.

However as i fall under HSMP Judicial review, is the 2yr mandatory stay in UK required for my wife??

Could someone please help me out??.

If the 2yr rule is mandatory, can i apply for her extension at the same time while I apply for my ILR??
